Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges
Digital, downloadable, or virtual Item—no returns, cancellations, or exchanges. However, if you have a problem with the file or notice an error, contact me directly so I can fix it and send you an updated file where necessary.

Websites and services—a deposit is required for these products. This deposit holds space in my calendar and is non-refundable. Contact me directly if you wish to cancel the website or services after a paid deposit.

Account Creation
All Shop products require an account to access your virtual/downloadable items. You will continue to have virtual/downloadable access to the purchased item through this account. If you want your customer account deleted/removed, contact me directly.

Legal
Jul Staple created all digital printables, products, templates and videos unless noted otherwise. They are for personal development use only and can not be resold, shared, reproduced, or used commercially. Websites and landing pages use software such as WordPress and utilize templates not created by Jul Staple.
