About
Jul Staple
I’m a quirky introvert who thrives on bringing order to chaos! I love helping entrepreneurs and small businesses streamline their projects and business plans through marketing and business systems. My passion lies in keeping everything organized and on track, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
The TL;DR (too long didn’t read) is:
- I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and have over a decade of experience working in both corporate and agency environments.
- My project management experience spans from home developer signage and branding to website development, team management, and everything in between.
- I have a knack for problem-solving, especially when it comes to WordPress websites.
- Crafting email marketing newsletters and designing social media graphics are some of my favourite creative outlets.
- I specialize in building business systems that empower entrepreneurs and set them up for long-term success!

Work / Business Experience
I have extensive work experience; the following highlights could be of interest.
Fractional Marketing and Business Support:
I assist small and medium-sized businesses and non-profits with their marketing needs on a fractional basis. This role allows me to work with diverse clients across multiple industries, tailoring solutions to their specific challenges. You can learn more about the services I offer.
Studio Manager at a Busy Advertising Agency:
I managed a team of five full-time employees and additional contractors, overseeing everything from project management and client relations to Google Ads setup. Handling multiple projects at once—estimating, designing, and coordinating logistics—was both challenging and rewarding.
National Marketing Manager for a Franchisee-Based Hotel Chain:
I managed a $200,000 marketing budget across five Canadian regions. My responsibilities included editing and distributing a bi-weekly email newsletter and producing a bi-annual physical newsletter.
Professional Organizer:
Before COVID, I helped clients declutter and organize their homes. From tidying kitchens and closets to creating functional storage solutions, I transformed chaotic spaces into organized and efficient ones.
